Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and are subject to 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping without reimbursement.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
If the product is defective, we will replace the product. We will issue a prepaid shipping label to facilitate exchanging the product. The customer will need to include all enclosures as we will be shipping an entirely new retail package. If the returned product is found to not be defective upon receipt, we will ship the unit back to the customer. Prior to shipment we will contact the customer to ascertain if he or she still wants the product. If the customer does not want the product, the 10% restocking fee and shipment of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund.
If the customer wishes to exchange based on cosmetic features such as color, the customer will pay for the return shipping and will not be reimbursed.
We will replace a product up to one year from date of purchase for defective units. We will not exchange units if the damage was caused by external factors such as but not limited to dropping, breaking, water damage and/or user error.
